New York City Deputy Mayor for Health and Human Services Lilliam Barrios-Paoli, New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) Executive Vice President Seth Myers, New York City Council Speaker Melissa Mark-Viverito and New York State announced the revitalization of La Marqueta, a commercial and cultural corridor in East Harlem.
